140 m² floors and great rental flexibility: pop-up shop, business accommodation, demonstration spaces, mobile and coworking offices, space for exchanges between professionals, multimedia conference center, event and cultural platform.

At a time when commercial agility is required, the Alt.1550 business center offers you great flexibility in access to commercial spaces in the center of the popular village of Grimentz. Benefiting from two 70 m² floors, Alt.1550 offers you the possibility of occupying a strategically positioned space and benefiting from its marketing services.

From 1 to 99 days, you stay the time necessary to test, experience and sell your products. Alt.1550 offers an unprecedented showcase and commercial platform in a place where the tourist influx ensures great visibility.

Flexible rental of commercial spaces

Mixing different styles and backgrounds, professionals who choose the Alt.1550 business center will benefit from a rich and invigorating cultural environment. One of the two 70 m² platforms will indeed be fitted out to host temporary cultural events (exhibitions, conferences, theatres, etc.) as well as "corporate" events serving companies.

In partnership with its neighboring restaurants and hotels as well as the Anniviers tourist office, Alt.1550 offers a full range of services to enjoy Grimentz, whether professionally or with family.

A photographer passionated about the high peaks of the Swiss and French Alps, Thomas Crauwels has specialized since 2010 in the creation of black and white mountain's images. Over the course of his excursions and exhibitions, he has become one of the major artists of the contemporary Alpine environment.
